Noorum Paalum is a traditional Kerala offering of one hundred (nooru) portions of rice mixed with milk (paal), offered as prasadam to the deity and then distributed to devotees. This ancient ritual offering represents abundance, nourishment, and the sharing of divine grace with the community. It is auspicious for childbirth, child naming ceremonies (namakaranam), first feeding rituals, and seeking blessings for the welfare of children.
